What is your cancellation policy?

All appointments are by request only and require a 20% booking fee.

Changes and cancellations can be made online prior to 7 days of the appointment time at no charge. Any changes or cancellations less than 7 days ahead of time will forfeit the booking fee.

Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged additional fees based on the service.

When will I receive my product order?

Once your order is placed you’ll receive an email with shipment tracking details. If you did not receive this email you may not have submitted your order or the email could have gone to your junk folder. Please email us with any questions at team@agentrx.co

Do you accept international orders?

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to US addresses.

Are Agent Rx products prescription drugs?

No, with the exception of sunscreen, all products are cosmetic formulas. 

The FDA defines a cosmetic as: 

  • A product (excluding pure soap) intended to be applied to the human body for cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness, or altering the appearance. 

The FDA defines a drug as :

  • A substance intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease.

  • A substance (other than food) intended to affect the structure or any function of the body.

  • A substance intended for use as a component of a medicine but not a device or a component, part or accessory of a device.
